This opportunity is for someone who is really looking to make their mark in a progressive agency that really puts their people at the forefront. You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Staffing Executive, booking and managing campaigns, recruitment and overseeing and ensuring that all campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
Accountabilities include:
The recruitment and training of agency staff and the project management of live campaigns, representation or promotional staff and department in client meetings and training. You will promote the agency and increase staff on the database, you will have direct involvement in recruitment, training and interviewing promotional staff. You will have input in new business initiatives, maintain the booking system / database of agency staff to a high standard. Build and maintain strong, trusting and honest client relationships in line with the key disciplines and much more. This is a key position within the agency and an exciting one!
