You will be the go-to-guy or girl of the agency’s clients and you will provide expertise and guidance when it comes to driving their brand forward to their intended audiences.

The right candidate will have the following:
- Agency experience
- Shopper experience
- BTL experience
- FMCG brand activation
- Experiential campaign understanding
- A highly creative mind-set and the ability to understand the whole consumer journey.
- The ability to demonstrate high levels of success of working with teams that cover multiple disciplines.
- A proven track record of providing high quality work in line with budget restrictions.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to clients.
Furthermore, the following qualities are a must have:
- Expertise in strategy planning and execution.
- A brilliant work ethic – willing to go above and beyond.
- A diligent and meticulous persona when it comes to the fine details of account handling.
- The ability to multitask efficiently.
- Brilliant communication skills – you must be able to speak with people from all professional levels with sincerity and conviction.
- Excellent time management skills are a must.
